Johnny Gilbert

JOHNNY MEIGS GILBERT, 64, of Walnut Grove, GA, passed away on April 2, 2020. He was born tin Atlanta, GA on January 18, 1956 to Dewey Meigs Gilbert & Grace Riggins Gilbert. He graduated from Stockbridge High School and completed a Certificate in Precision Tooling at Griffin Technical College. JOHNNY worked as a Precision Tool & Dye Machinist for Tucker Tool & Dye before retiring. JOHNNY is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey & Grace Gilbert, and two brothers George Edward Gilbert and Dewey Gilbert. He is survived by Susan Turner (Sister), Sheila & Chuck Wilson (Daughter), Johnny Macke Gilbert (Son) his grandchildren, Adrianne, Madelyn, Kylie, Tyler and many nieces and nephews. JOHNNY is now in the arms of Jesus. He dearly loved his family and was a great friend to all who knew him. He enjoyed Fishing, Farming, and frequent visits to the Mountains.
