Johnny "Russell" Chapman III, age 44, of Palmetto, GA passed away on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012. He was a roofer with Chapman Roofing. He was the son of the Johnny Russell Chapman Jr. and the late Kathleen Perry Chapman. He is survived by wife, Sharon Chapman of Palmetto, GA, daughters: Patricia Chapman of Palmetto, GA, Jessica Chapman of Sharpsburg, GA, and Jennifer Chapman of Senoia, GA, sons: Johnny Russell Chapman IV of Palmetto, GA, Buddy Chapman of Palmetto, GA, and Austin Chapman of Palmetto, GA, brothers: Jeff Chapman of Palmetto, GA, Joe Chapman of Newnan, GA, Buddy Chapman of Newnan, GA, and Jerry Chapman of Palmetto, GA, 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Johnny Russell Chapman III will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Holly Hill Funeral Home. Rev. Donald Arnall will officiate. russell i remember when i didnt have a ride n russell would take me to the store or bring me what i needed. he would come w/ his boys n they would play w/ my grandson brandon.he was so much fun. sorry for not being there for i have lived in indiana for five years now.see u in heaven.god bless his family.

russell was a good friend of mine n my daughtersmegan n lesley lester.He was aleays so much fun to b around n loved those kids so much. we will miss him dearly. i now live in indiana so wont b able to attend service .til we meet in heaven love u russell
