Mrs. Macie Nell Crain, 82, of Murphy, NC, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2010. She was a lifetime member of The First Baptist Churh of Fairburn for over 56 years. She was preceded in death by her husband: Clarence S. Crain son: Wesley Olin Crain; grandchild: Wesley Wearn and numerous brothers and sisters. Those left behind to cherish her memory include her loving children: Cheryl Crain Gentry-Jones and Jeannie Crain-Wearn; sister: Edith Seabolt; brother: Raymond Sargent; grandchildren: Dr. Jennifer Gentry and great grandchildren: Sam Wearn with many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, December, 10, 2010 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Holly Hill Funeral Home, 431 SW Broad Street, Fairburn, Georgia 30213. Cheryl and Jennifer, I am so sorry about Macie. I had been trying to reach her before Christmas to cut her hair. I have been out of town and I tried her number again today and found that it had been disconnected. I had hoped that she was visiting family. I truly loved her and am blessed to have known her.
