Mariel Jimena Rodriguez, age 43, of Woodstock, Georgia, passed away in her sleep on Monday, November 23, 2015.
Born in Santiago, Chile, raised in Toronto, Canada, she graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati. She was a voracious reader, never missed an episode of Y&R, loved decorating for Christmas, and made friends wherever she went thanks to her beautiful smile.
Beloved momma of Nicolas, precious daughter of Jorge and Maria Elena Rodriguez of Marietta, Georgia, loving sister of Carolina Rodriguez of Woodstock, Georgia, special niece to Aurora Pardo of Toronto, Canada, and well-loved by a large host of family and friends in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Toronto and Chile.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia with Rev. John Gabriel officiating. A reception will follow immediately after the Mass. Following the reception, interment will take place at Honey Creek Woodlands, 2625 Highway 212 SW, Conyers, GA 30094; all are invited to attend.
