Mr. Billie Harvey Whitlock

Mr. Billie Harvey Whitlock, 78, of Dallas Ga passed away on Thursday February 2nd, 2017. He was born March 31, 1938 in Conley Georgia the son of the late Frank and Fannie Whitlock. He worked as a construction worker and brick mason until he retired. He loved to fish and tinker with small engines and lawn mowers. Devoted to family he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter Brenda Tusing, sister Doris, brother Howard Lee and brother Charles. He is survived by his wife Virginia, brothers Donald and Calvin Jr, son and daughter in law Steve and Donna Whitlock, daughter and son in law Marsha Ann and Mark Morton, daughter Debbie Moody and son in law Bob Tusing; 11 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family plans to celebrate his life Sunday February 5th at Cheatham Hill Memorial Parks Chapel at 2pm.
