Okle (Roger) Perry, Age66,of Whitesburg,passed away at his residence on August 1, 2019.He was a retired, self employed roofer and truck driver. He was the son of the late Okle Leslie Perry and Mary Annabelle Dixon. He is preceded in death by brothers,Wally Proctor and Donnie Perry and sister, Wanda Proctor. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Perry (Whitesburg);son and daughter in law,William Leslie Perry and Darlene (Whitesburg);brothers: Harold Perry (Douglasville), Michael Perry (Palmetto), Allen Perry (Whitesburg), Roy Perry (Whitesburg), Oral Baird Perry (Kentucky);sisters: Dorothy Keafer (Valley, Alabama), Joyce Chapman (Palmetto), WilmaCunninham (Joplin,MO,and Linda Davis (Newnan);and grandson,William Blake Perry (Whitesburg). Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August,4 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Holly Hill Funeral Home. Pastor Brad Wheeler will officiate. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 3rd, 2019,from 6:00-8:00 pm at Holly Hill Funeral Home. An inurnment will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019, at 11:00 at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Palmetto. Holly Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
