Phillip David Rosser, age 63, of Fairburn, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. He was born in Hogansville, Georgia, on January 11, 1955, to William and Catherine (Cottoningham) Rosser. He was preceded in death by: his parents; sisters, Nancy Samples and Janice Carroll and brother, William Rosser Jr. He is survived by: sisters, Catherine Annette Rosser and Dedra Beall, both of Fairburn; brother, Markus Rosser of Atlanta; and several nieces and nephews.
