Rebecca Lynn Blakeney

Miss Rebecca Lynn Blakeney, age 51, of Carrollton Georgia passed away Friday January 3rd, 2020 at Blue Ridge Healthcare of Buchanan. Miss Blakeney was a firecracker born on the the 4th of July 1968 in Hobbs New Mexico at 8:49 AM. Rebecca was a hardworking self-employed carpenter, painter, and all around "handy woman". She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend with a heart of gold. Rebecca loved nature, and enjoyed hiking, camping, and fishing in her spare time. Rebecca is survived by her son Christopher Wayne Blakeney of Carrollton, Georgia; Grandsons Hunter and Hollis Puckett; Aunt Ginger Swinney; Sister Virgina Terry; Nieces and nephews Christina Gutierrez, Briaunna Goodin, Carl Dorsett, Micheal Goodin, and James Goodin. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Mrs.Carol Ann Cook, and Mr. Bill C. Cook; Sister Kimberly Jo Burns, and Brother Thomas Blakeney.
