Rosita Gittlen of Newnan, GA passed away October 29,2020. Service in care of Southern Cremations and Funerals.
Rosita Gloria Gittlen age 78 passed away peacefully on Thursday night October 29, 2020. She was born in Lancaster Pennsylvania on July 8, 1942 to David and Mary Benn. She married Norman J. Gittlen on May 25, 1963. They were married for 44 years until Norman’s passed in January of 2008. Rosita worked in the health food industry and owned her own health food store. Rosita loved to share her knowledge and passion about Holistic living. Rosita resided in Newnan, Georgia. Rosita is survived by her daughter Leslie Fayerman, son-in-law Mark Fayerman, grandchildren Mallory Fayerman and Lane Fayerman. Rosita is also survived by her other daughter Sheryl Berry. Rosita left behind her beloved dogs Hanna and Lydia and many close friends.

Rusty, which is the name she went by, will be sadly missed. She was a neighbor and a good friend as well. We will remember her by her contagious laugh. We shared many memorable times together over tea and social times. She was diligent with her healthy lifestyle. She loved her family and her dogs. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Rusty was one of my dearest friends. I met her not long after moving to Newnan and we bonded right away. Through Rusty I became acquainted with her neighbor and friend, Bonnie. I have such happy memories of the three of us having our tea parties, talking, laughing. It was our therapy session for the soul. You will be missed by all of us. I wish you blessings on the next journey. Until we meet again, Godspeed.
