Ruby L. Redding Ruby L. Redding, 63, of Fairburn, Georgia, passed away on January 1, 2006. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Annie Lee Congo. She was born on March 3, 1942. Her memory will be cherished by her sons, David Swann of Forest Park, Georgia, and Brian Donald of Fairburn, Georgia. Also Ms. Redding has three sisters, Alice Peppers, Grace Dingler, Doris Seymour, and one grandson, Kevin Michael Swann. A memorial service honoring Ms. Redding's life will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2006 with the Rev. Max Hayes officiating. Holly Hill Memorial Chapel 431 SW Broad Street, Fairburn, Georgia has been entrusted with the services.

Mom it’s been 7 years and it hurts as much today as it did the night you left me, and I will never forget you. and someday I will get to come home.
Well mom its been 12 years since we said our goodbyes, I know your still with me, you appeared to me in 2006 as I lay in the hospital ICU, it was then I knew I would be OK either way if it meant stay on earth or if you came to take me home, I hope I’m made you proud of me, I became an Ordained Minister almost 10 years ago, with Doctrines in Divinity, Psychology. Not a day goes by I don’t think of you and wish you were still with me, but I know your watching over me, I love you mom.
