Sharon Bunn, age 54, of Winston, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia. Mrs. Bunn was born in Dade County, Florida to the late Bailey Green and Daisy Sigman. Mrs. Bunn was raised in Fairburn. She served as a loving homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Bunn was preceded in death by her father, Bailey Green; mother, Daisy Sigman; step-sister Rachel Chapman; and one grandson. Mrs. Sharon Bunn is survived by her husband, Richard Bunn of Winston; Daughters, Tina Carey and Paul Watson of Ocilla, and Christy Carey of Winston; Sons, Michael Carey and Scottie Carey of Winston; stepchildren, Richard D. Bunn Jr. and Chasity Bunn, Laurietta Bayless, and Calecia Kelley, thirty-one grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, five sisters and brothers-in-law, two brothers, and stepmother Patricia Green of Ocilla. Funeral Services for Mrs. Sharon Bunn will be held Sunday, January 6, 2013 in the Chapel of Holly Hill Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Oscar Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Bobby Turner, Jerry Turner, Dean Carey, Oscar Smith, Phillip Carey, and Clay Nichols. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Holly Hill Funeral Home for visitation from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Saturday, January 5, 2013. memoriesive been here for my granny since i was a lil girl im 15 an hurt me wen she passed but to be she just taken a nap. she was sick for awhile she fought for years … she proved to the daughter she would make it .i watched her make people smile. i seen her fight for what she wanted never once gave up .i hurt watching her hurt the way she did 🙁 i love her more then anything in the world .but god wanted his angle home . i will never forget the day i moved back for savannh an everyone else knew i was back but her i walked in an sat beside her till she turned around an seen me her face lit up more then anything i had ever since i made her day 🙂 FOREVER AN ALWAYS

I’m so sorry to hear of Sharon’s passing Please know I will be praying for all of you and love you all I’m sorry I can’t make it.Just know she now with her mom and dad at rest with no pain or worry.
Tina, Micheal, Scottie, and Christy you are all in my prayers. Sharon was a wonderful person. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to get to know her. I love you all and if there is anything you all need please don’t hesitate to call.
