William Clint Carswell

William “Clint” Carswell, 59, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on April 22, 2019. He was born on January 19, 1960 to William Carswell and Brookes Ellington Horton in Aiken, South Carolina. Clint worked for the Tyler Perry Movie Company, in set design and set-up. Prior to that he had the opportunity to travel around the world assisting bands such as the Marshall Tucker Band and Sting. He found comfort in helping the homeless at 7 Bridges To Recovery; but his greatest joy was spending time with his son Alex and his mother Brookes. He made friends easily and had a caring soul. He is survived by his mother, Brookes Horton; his son, William “Alex” Carswell; brother, Carew Carswell, Scott Carswell and Alex Carswell; step brother, Grey Horton; step sisters, Sallie Shepard and Louise Brunson. Clint was predeceased by his father, William Carswell; step father Thomas Horton and step brother Tommy Horton.
