Willis Terrell Ledbetter

November 5, 1946 ~ August 11, 2021

Willis Terrell Ledbetter Jr was called home to be with Jesus on Wednesday August 11, 2021. Willis was 74 years old, born on November 5, 1946, oldest son of Willis Terrell Ledbetter Sr and Vena Nolan Ledbetter. Willis served in the Navy during Vietnam as a Fireman. He also served as an Atlanta Georgia Fireman after leaving the Navy. Willis was married twice and had a wonderful life filled with family and love. He was a kind and loving father to three children. Willis was a hard worker and still loved working every day at Cornerstone Construction. His coworkers will tell you that Willis had the best manners and was one of the nicest guys they ever worked with. Willis wanted to work until the end, because he thought his purpose in life was to look after and provide any way he could to his family and friends. He was ready to share everything he had to help anyone he knew. He leaves behind to cherish his memory brothers, Michael Ledbetter Sr, Richard (Ricky) Ledbetter and Robert Ledbetter; children Sean Terrell Ledbetter, Willlis Shane Ledbetter and Brandie Love Gresham; grandchildren Courtney, Jacob and Mckenzie; and great grandchildren, Thomas, Sara and Grace. The Service will be held on Saturday August 21, 2021 at Southern Cremations & Funerals at Holly Hill in Fairburn Ga at 2:00pm. The family welcomes anyone who would like to come share with them and celebrate the life of Willis Terrell Ledbetter Jr.
